Job Overview:

As an Operations Associate Internship at Asakta Electronics and Communication Pvt. Ltd., you will gain hands-on experience in operations management, data analysis, and process coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform machine operations and support production processes.
• Assist in project execution, follow-up, and documentation.
• Identify process gaps and assist in implementing improvements.
• Handle data entry, analysis, and reconciliation tasks using Excel or internal systems.
• Monitor and track operational metrics, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Support day-to-day operations and assist in workflow optimization.
• Prepare, review, and update performance and productivity reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Participate in training sessions and apply learnings effectively.

Skills Required:

• Microsoft Excel
• Power BI(Preferred)
• SAP(Preferred)

Preferred/ Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI will be considered an added advantage.
