Job DescriptionLead Qualification Process Ensures a responsive, structured, and data-driven approach to lead qualification. By engaging families early, assessing fit, and maintaining CRM accuracy, support the wider admissions team with their conversion activities and your marketing communications colleagues with their lead generating activities. Respond to new leads within an agreed timeframe (max. 3 working hours) and initiate meaningful conversations to understand family needs and expectations. Evaluate leads using predefined criteria including financial viability, location suitability, and curriculum alignment. Ensure families receive accurate, relevant information about tuition, location, curriculum, and other key factors. Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM by tracking lead status, removing unqualified leads, and updating records promptly. Provide detailed notes for qualified leads in the CRM, including background information and key talking points. Monitor qualification accuracy and review exceptions to refine and improve the overall process. Follow-up with non-responsive leads as per Nord Anglia's published guidelines Work with your admissions and marketing colleagues to analyse why certain qualified leads may not convert and contribute ideas for improving lead quality
