  • Oversee building operations, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC, fire safety, electrical, and other critical systems.
  • Lead security, maintenance, housekeeping, cafeteria, logistics, and emergency response to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers through SLAs and KPIs; ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare RFPs, negotiate contracts, and approve invoices in line with procurement and compliance standards.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on facility operations, budgets, and project performance.
  • Plan and optimize workspace design, utilization, and furniture procurement to meet evolving business needs.
  • Oversee renovation and upgrade projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and corporate risk management policies.
  • Partner with EH&S to implement sustainability initiatives and maintain facility data integrity.
  • Lead and develop the facility management team through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Set work schedules, assign priorities, and oversee recruitment and staff development.
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients, external vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Support corporate events, security, reception, and access management to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Drive continuous improvement and strategic projects to enhance property value and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement maintenance best practices for long-term reliability.
