Facility ManagerRoles and Responsibilities Responsible for oversight of FM of the site(s) in their assigned areaOwn compliance and quality for their sitesMaximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractorsCoordinates facilities work with landlords & in-place third party managementSupport site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, equipment & suppliesDevelopment of strategic maintenance plan and conducting regular inspectionsEnsuring Aveva facility is prepared for emergencies and has robust Business continuity plansWhat we can do for you:At JLL, we make sure that you become the best version of yourself by helping you realise your full potential in an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment.
