Job Overview
The Field Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day operations across assigned client sites, ensuring smooth delivery of housekeeping, security, pantry, and other facility services. The role includes regular field visits, manpower management, client coordination, and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit all assigned client locations daily and monitor site operations.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, security guards, pantry boys, and other deployed manpower.
- Ensure attendance, shift allocation, and duty rosters are maintained properly.
- Coordinate with clients to understand daily requirements and resolve complaints.
- Check cleaning quality, work standards, and ensure proper housekeeping procedures.
- Verify material stock, cleaning consumables, and request replenishment when needed.
- Train new staff and ensure discipline, grooming, and behavior standards.
- Handle emergency issues like absenteeism, replacements, or site escalations.
- Prepare daily reports and update the Operations Manager.
- Support in new site mobilization and manpower deployment.
- Ensure all statutory compliance (PF, ESI) documents and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Facilities Management preferred.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams independently.
- Basic computer and mobile communication knowledge.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
- Should be responsible, proactive, and disciplined.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹34,000.00 per month
