About The Role
As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and managing the sales team. You will support development and execution of strategic sales plans, drive stretch revenue growth, and maximize sales opportunities. You coach a team of sales professionals, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners. This is a management position that requires exceptional sales expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive team commercial performance and collaborate on strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
  • Optimize customer engagement using data to identify and act on revenue opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver targeted solutions in both face-to-face and digital settings.
  • Set ambitious objectives, encourage innovation, and support calculated risk-taking .
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and risk assessment
  • You are expected to mentor and coach your team, providing regular feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This includes leading by example, supporting core skills practice, and encouraging cross-functional
  • You will support development and execution of strategic sales plans, drive stretch revenue growth, and maximize sales opportunities.
