Human Resource Executive Recruitment & Staffing

Role Overview:
The HR Executive will play a key role in upholding the schools vision of nurturing excellence through Indian values, by recruiting and onboarding dedicated educators, administrative personnel, and support staff. The role demands not just skill-based selection, but also identifying candidates who embody empathy, discipline, respect, and a sense of service values deeply rooted in the Indian ethos of education.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle — from manpower planning, job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection to final onboarding. - Talent Identification:
Source teachers, administrative staff, and support staff who demonstrate professional competence along with values such as sincerity, humility, teamwork, and respect for the Gurukul spirit. - Collaboration with Academic Heads:
Work closely with academic and department heads to understand specific staffing requirements and ensure alignment with the school's philosophy and standards. - Onboarding & Induction:
Design and conduct value-oriented onboarding sessions to help new recruits understand the school's culture, code of conduct, and commitment to holistic education. - Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment inspired by the Indian ethos of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" — treating every team member as part of one family. - Performance & Feedback Coordination:
Support the appraisal process, maintain records, and ensure constructive feedback mechanisms. - Ethical & Legal Compliance:
Ensure recruitment and employment practices are fair, transparent, and compliant with all regulatory and school policies.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Education Management
- Prior experience in school or educational recruitment preferred
