Hiring For Customer Support Executive

Minimum - 1 years Of exp into Voice process Mandatory

Location - Bangalore

Shift - Night Shift ( 5:30 pm to 2:30 Am ) or ( 6:30 pm to 3:30 Am )

Cab - 2 Way cab will be provided within 20kms

Notice Period - Immediate Joiner

Roles and Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about products or services.
  • Use problem-solving skills to address complex customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain high product knowledge to effectively support customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as first call resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications is required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are vital.
  • Experience in direct billing is preferred.
