**Essential Functions & Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain both internal and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of application solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and best practices and incorporate this knowledge into projects and team methodologies.
  • Manage all aspects of projects, including requirements, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to deliver top-tier solutions for both internal and external clients.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects focused on third-party application development.

 **Qualifications Required:**

  • A Master's or advanced degree in Technology or Engineering.
  • Over 10 years of application development experience for third-party clients, specifically in financial or legal services.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and .NET is required.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with interacting with US clients
  • Familiar secure software development standards
