Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our stock market courses to potential customers via phone, email, and online channels. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and an interest in financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the features, benefits, and target audience of our stock market courses.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, social media, webinars, and walk-ins (if applicable).
- Convert leads into enrolled students through consultative selling.
- Follow up with prospective students to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support as needed.
- Stay updated with trends in the stock market and financial education space.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Finance/Commerce preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or edtech (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex financial topics in a simple and engaging manner
- Passion for sales and an interest in stock markets
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
