Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role involves handling recruitment, payroll assistance, HRMS administration, and learning & development coordination, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to support both employees and management effectively.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) and HR operations in line with company and statutory policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing, including attendance and leave management.
  • Administer HRMS tools (GreytHR/Zoho People), ensuring accurate data management and HR reporting.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI), training coordination, and maintain L&D documentation for compliance and audits.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools (GreytHR/Zoho People preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and manage HR operations with attention to detail.
