Job Summary:
The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events including seminars, workshops, conferences, and promotional activities. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and creative skills to ensure every event runs smoothly and achieves its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with organizational objectives and marketing goals.
- Concept Development: Ideate unique event concepts, themes, and experiences that enhance brand engagement and visibility.
- Budget Management: Prepare detailed event budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
- Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers (venue, catering, decor, logistics, etc.).
- Team Leadership: Lead internal teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the digital and content teams to design promotional campaigns for event publicity and audience outreach.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain professional relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners to meet expectations and build long-term collaborations.
- On-Site Execution: Supervise on-ground arrangements, handle contingencies, and ensure smooth operational flow during events.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct event performance analysis, collect feedback, and prepare detailed reports for future improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Expertise in event budgeting, logistics, and operations management.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and event management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Important:
This is a stipend-based opportunity with deferred payment after 6 months. All details, roles, expectations, and payout structures will be clearly documented in a legal agreement before onboarding.
