We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Event Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, client servicing, and hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
  • Support the event management team with vendor coordination, logistics, and scheduling.
  • Help with venue research, décor planning, and event setup.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Assist in developing event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including social media and on-ground campaigns.
  • Provide on-site event support, including guest management and hospitality coordination.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups and help prepare feedback reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management or related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of tools like Canva is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays during events.
  • Passion for events, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
