Role Description
The Event Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of sales processes, from identifying potential clients to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with vendors, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves active engagement in event planning and management activities to provide exceptional service and tailor solutions to client requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management for various occasions such as weddings and private events
- Proficiency in Sales and ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and coordinate effectively with clients and vendors
- Previous experience in managing private or corporate events
- Organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
- Experience in the wedding planning or hospitality industry is a plus
