We are actively looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist in Building Material Industry for Indore and Bhopal location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    sales strategies
    to achieve sales targets in the construction material industry.
  • Build and maintain
    strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors
    , and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and leveraging industry contacts.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Present product features, benefits, and customization options to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor peak construction areas of Bhopal and nearby towns, monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge, Skilled with searching residential under construction Bungalows
  • Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports using CRM software.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction materials industry.
  • Established network of contacts with architects, contractors, and construction industry professionals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
