Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Indore. The specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Daily tasks will include providing excellent customer service, to visit other companies to promote our product and to achieve sales target and building strong relationships to promote the company's products and services. The role requires coordination between multiple teams and industries to ensure maximum outreach and impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • 3-4 Years Experience required.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Training expertise to effectively guide clients and internal teams
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic marketing initiatives
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the packaging or manufacturing industry is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
