Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Indore. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and training the sales team. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also entails tracking sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed to meet company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in software or engineering-focused companies is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
