Role Overview

The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects, assisting them in finding suitable partners. Revenue Generation by developing a good relationship with the customers while assisting them finding suitable profiles.

Key Responsibilities

Understanding the customer requirement accurately.

Helping customer find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.

Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them.

Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members, and creating success stories

Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up

Revenue Generation through prospect acquisition and renewal retention

Managing the service Matrix and Quality Score

Maintaining Weekly & Monthly Reports.
