Title: Relationship Manager Location: Bhubaneswar Experience: 2+ yrs Salary : 21k + (Based on Experience) Probation Period: 6 Months Incentives: Performance-based Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery Maintain reports and update CRM systems with client interactions Skills Required: Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Negotiation and persuasion skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach Good knowledge of financial products / marketing strategies Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, FreshSales etc. Team player with problem-solving ability Good knowledge of financial products such as Mutual funds, Portfolio Management, Insurance, NPS etc. We are keen to onboard professionals who are enthusiastic, client-focused, and passionate about financial services.
