Experience: 1–3 years Edutech work experience

Industry: EdTech / Training & Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential students/customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Counsel prospects about courses and programs to match their career goals.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and any South Indian language is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
