Business Development Representative– Real Estate Division

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients interested in buying or investing in real estate projects.
- Generate and nurture leads through field visits, calls, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Conduct site visits with clients and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Location:Mysore
Salary:₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (plus incentives)
Job Type: Full-time
