Business Development Representative– Real Estate Division

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients interested in buying or investing in real estate projects.
  • Generate and nurture leads through field visits, calls, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
  • Conduct site visits with clients and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Location:Mysore

Salary:₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (plus incentives)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
