Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Key Account Manager.
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the face of Symbo for our partners. You'll manage mid-market fintech accounts driving growth through strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and consultative selling.

Responsibilities
- Work with our existing partners to ensure the programs run smoothly with high level of customer satisfaction for our partners and their customers.
- Have a strong focus on the data on how the programs are performing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, building strong relationships with Founders, CXOs, and Product Heads.
- Drive account growth through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic product deployment across the loan lifecycle.
- Manage complex deal cycles, coordinating with internal and client-side Product, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Insurance, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless execution and post-sale success.
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and represent client feedback to influence product and business roadmaps.
- Prospect and secure new high-potential fintech partnerships, contributing to both account farming and strategic hunting initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships
- Exposure to BFSI, lending, fintech, or SaaS (Insurance/Insurtech experience is a plus)
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across CXO and functional teams
- A structured and consultative mindset with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
