Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound admission-related inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Counsel prospective parents and students about the school's curriculum, facilities, teaching methodologies, and admission process.
  • Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students.
  • Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the admission management system.
  • Achieve the assigned admission targets within given timelines.
  • Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns, events, and open houses.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Admissions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or similar).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in counselling, customer handling, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and presentation skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach

Salary:

Competitive and commensurate with experience.
