About Us:

Upskill Overseas is a trusted overseas education consultancy helping students fulfill their dreams of studying abroad. We provide expert guidance for university applications, visa documentation, and coaching for exams like IELTS, GRE and SAT.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle student application documentation and maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate with universities, students, and internal teams via email and phone.

  • Enter and update data in CRM/student management systems.

  • Support visa filing and documentation processes.

  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

  • Maintain confidentiality of student and institutional data.

  • Prepare reports for management and assist in scheduling counseling sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in back-office operations (education or service industry preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in overseas education consultancy or visa documentation.

  • Familiarity with international university application portals.

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
