Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to our website.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Managing all aspects of the online customer journey, from website navigation to product selection and checkout process.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing efforts.
  • Monitoring and improving website performance, including site speed, SEO, and conversion rates.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to keep our e-commerce platform competitive.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on key metrics and performance indicators.
