Inviting applications for the role of Assistance Manager & Manager (London Market Quality Assurance)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Checker to support our operational teams within the London Market insurance sector. The successful candidate will ensure that underwriting, claims, and data entry processes meet defined quality standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit processed documentation related to underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with London Market regulations, company guidelines, and client SLAs.
• Provide feedback to processing teams to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of checks conducted, including error types and frequency.
• Collaborate with QA Leads and Managers to identify trends and recommend training or process improvements.
• Participate in calibration sessions to align on quality expectations.
• Assist with internal and external audits as required.
• Support onboarding of new staff with QA insights and guidance.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in a quality checking, QA, or auditing role within the London insurance market, Lloyd's market experience preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance documentation (slips, endorsements, bordereaux, claims).
• Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and data protection requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for delivering feedback constructively.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with QA tools is an advantage.
• Graduate
• Experience – 7-8 years

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• CII certification or progress toward it (e.g., Cert CII).
• Experience with systems like Sequel, ECF, or PPL.
