Role & responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations in Noida

Coordinate schedules, meetings & communications

Manage office supplies & vendor relationships

Guide candidates through the application & documentation process

Liaise with training centers & German recruitment teams

Execute marketing campaigns & manage social media

Promote events & maintain brand visibility

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in office administration, admissions, or marketing
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills
  • Good English communication (other languages a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email & social media
  • Proactive, adaptable & detail-oriented
