Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative German Language Training Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learner-centric language programs aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

This role requires a strong command of spoken and written German and English, as well as excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record in teaching German to groups, preferably up to B2 level, and familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing learner-centric language programs aligned with CEFR
  • Leading the development of curriculum materials, assessment tools, and lesson plans based on evolving language learning trends and learner needs
  • Designing and conducting train-the-trainer programs to enhance the teaching skills of trainers
  • Ensuring consistent quality standards through classroom observations, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations

Requirements:

  • C1 Level Certification in German Language from Goethe-Institut
  • Proven experience in teaching German to groups, preferably up to B2 level
  • Strong command of spoken and written German and English
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms
