Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced language trainer to lead our German language training program. As the Head of German Language Training, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of candidates in their language exams, visiting satellite centers, and taking classes while on premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative language programs aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
  • Design and conduct train-the-trainer programs to enhance teaching skills of trainers.
  • Act as a mentor to junior trainers, providing professional guidance and fostering collaborative learning.
  • Ensure consistent quality standards through classroom observations, feedback mechanisms, and performance evaluations.
  • Cultivate opportunities for experiential learning through cultural events and immersive activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to introduce intercultural training modules promoting cultural understanding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a C1 Level Certification in German Language from Goethe-Institut.
  • Proven experience in managing Centres for German language training to groups up to B2 level.
  • Strong command of spoken and written German and English.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Possess a passion for teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.
