German Language Training Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our German language training centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing innovative, learner-centric language programs aligned with CEFR standards and creating curriculum materials, assessment tools, and lesson plans
  • Ensuring candidates' success in language exams by providing targeted support and guidance
  • Preparing candidates for B1 exams when ready and crafting plans for remedial and retests based on exam schedules and candidate performance
  • Visiting satellite centers during scheduled visits and taking classes at MB premises
  • Mentoring junior trainers, providing professional guidance, and fostering collaborative learning
  • Designing and conducting train-the-trainer programs to enhance teaching skills, focusing on foreign language didactics and digital tools
  • Conducting regular assessments to ensure improvement in learning and collaborating with internal teams to introduce intercultural training modules

Requirements:

  • C1 Level Certification in German Language from Goethe-Institut (mandatory)
  • Proven experience managing German language training centers to groups, preferably up to B2 level
  • Strong command of spoken and written German and English
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds
