About the Role

GSN Solutions, a fast-growing company in the
Industrial Automation
sector, is seeking a
dynamic Sales Executive – Lead Generation
with
3–5 years of experience
in sales and business development. This role is focused on
generating high-quality leads, engaging decision-makers, and supporting business growth
in industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through
    cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, and research
    .
  • Identify and connect with
    decision-makers in manufacturing, process industries, OEMs, and system integrator
    .
  • Build and maintain a
    strong pipeline of prospects
    using CRM tools.
  • Work with technical/sales teams to propose the
    right automation solutions
    .
  • Schedule client
    meetings, demos, and site visits
    in coordination with senior sales/application teams.
  • Ensure
    timely follow-ups
    and effective lead conversion through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the
    marketing team
    on campaigns and provide feedback.
  • Stay updated on
    industry trends, automation technologies, and competitor activities
    .

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering
    (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related).
  • 3–5 years
    of proven experience in
    sales, lead generation, or business development
    in industrial automation.
  • Strong knowledge of automation products:
    PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, Drives, Sensors, etc.
  • Excellent
    communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
    .
