Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior-level Sales Executive to join our Indore team on a Full-Time basis. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in a sales-oriented role. This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales performance, maximize customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth of our dealership. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in lead generation processes to establish and cultivate new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation techniques to effectively close sales and enhance customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to conduct accurate sales forecasting to support inventory and sales planning (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with CRM Software such as Salesforce for managing customer interactions and data.
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
- Competence in market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential impact on sales.
- Expertise in customer relationship management to maintain and strengthen client loyalty.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
