Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Instructional Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning materials, interactive content, and course curriculums for Edureka's diverse online offerings. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating outlines, writing instructional content, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance. The designer will also incorporate multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience and align courses with industry standards and learner needs.

Qualifications

  • Instructional Design and Curriculum Development skills with knowledge of adult learning principles and e-learning methodologies.
  • Content Creation, Editing, and Storyboarding skills to produce comprehensive and effective materials.
  • Proficiency in using multimedia tools and technologies, such as graphic design, video editing, or authoring tools like Articulate or Captivate.
  • Strong Research and Analytical skills to ensure content aligns with the latest trends and industry demands.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to work effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in integrating courses into these platforms.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related fields is preferred.
  • Passion for learning, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
