Role Overview

Placeme is looking for a highly motivated and business-savvy MBA graduate for a 6-month paid internship as a Business Development Associate in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, growth strategies, and client engagement. Outstanding performers will be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and explore new business opportunities in the B2C segment

Convert potential B2C leads into sales

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting account management

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize go-to-market strategies

Prepare business proposals, sales presentations, and regular reports

Track sales performance and support in achieving growth targets

Requirements

MBA (Marketing, Sales, or Business Development specialization preferred) – Recent pass-out

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn

Previous internship/project experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus

What We Offer

A 6-month hands-on internship with a monthly stipend of up to ₹15,000

Opportunity to convert to a full-time role post internship with a CTC of up to ₹5 LPA (₹3 LPA in-hand + up to ₹2 LPA incentives based on performance)
