Job Description for Agent – Customer Service Support

Job Profile

● Position: Agent – Customer Service Support (Non-voice)

● Location: Hyderabad

● Job Mode: Work from Office

● Salary: Up to 4.7 LPA

● Notice Period: Immediate joiners

Job Responsibilities

Customer & Developer Support

● Provide high-quality customer service to developers facing policy-related concerns.

● Manage escalations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

● Assist developers in understanding E-commerce Marketplace policies, enforcement actions,

and compliance requirements.

Policy Verification & Compliance

● Review and verify app submissions, updates, and content for compliance with E-commerce

Marketplace Store policies.

● Investigate policy violations, enforce guidelines, and provide corrective actions.

● Collaborate with internal teams to analyse trends in policy violations and suggest process

improvements.

Documentation & Process Enhancement

● Maintain accurate case records and documentation for escalated issues.

● Identify common developer challenges and contribute to process improvements.

● Provide feedback to enhance guidelines and workflows.

Eligibility Criteria

● 2+ years of experience in customer service, policy enforcement, or content moderation.

● Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

● Excellent English Communication skills
