Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the catering division, controlling all departments operations, production, logistics, finance, HR, and client services.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee large-scale catering projects and ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all units.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and overall financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Lead, train, and motivate multi-departmental teams for high performance.
- Streamline supply chain, vendor management, and cost control processes.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Resolve escalations and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Travel as required to supervise and control operations at different locations.
Key Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in catering / hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong expertise in large-scale catering operations and F&B management.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for business operations.
