Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - (Execution) located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include market research, attending industry events, meeting sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing regular reports on business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to understand and explain complex products and services
  • Prior experience in real estate or technology sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
