As a Social Media & Brand Intern, you'll be at the forefront of shaping GoKwik's online voice and engagement across platforms. You'll play a key role in ideating, executing, and analysing content strategies that drive awareness, affinity, and impact. From influencer campaigns to event support, this internship offers a front-row seat to how bold, data-driven storytelling builds a brand loved by thousands of eCommerce entrepreneurs.

What You'll Own

  • Manage GoKwik's social media channels end-to-end - from content calendars to publishing and engagement.
  • Craft sharp, witty, and on-brand captions that align with GoKwik's tone and audience.
  • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community interactions - ensuring every conversation feels authentic and human.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations - from outreach to execution and tracking.
  • Track key performance metrics and analyse insights to refine content strategy.
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and design teams to co-create impactful campaigns and storytelling moments.
  • Experiment with new formats, trends, and hooks - testing and iterating based on what resonates.
  • Support brand operations and event-related marketing initiatives.
