Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing both field and call base work. This role is a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys marketing that bridges the gap between creativity, communication, and user engagement.
Objective of this role
 Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and on field research.
 Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
 Plan and execute the strategies to achieve revenue targets.
 Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the execution of on-ground marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with local vendors, business partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Collect user and stakeholder feedback to improve campaign relevance and performance.
- Assist in planning and implementing promotions, brand activations, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to localize campaign messaging for different regional and audience segments.
- Monitor, analyse, and report campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Contribute creative, context-aware marketing ideas tailored to local markets and business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with fleet owners and advertiser.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to be actively involved in both digital and field marketing activities.
