Process Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating tax software with internal applications, ensuring alignment with the latest tax regulations, and providing technical support to both internal teams and end-users. This role also requires strong problem-solving abilities, a keen willingness to learn, and the capability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.About The Role

About You

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Freshers or 1-2 years experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to promote a positive work environment
• Moderate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Familiarity with third-party applications is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of US taxation principles is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Commerce or a related field.
• Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations is an advantage
