Senior Process Associate

As a U.S. Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely federal and state income tax returns for individuals, estates, and exempt organizations. This role requires a solid understanding of U.S. tax regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to follow client-specific instructions. You will work closely with reviewers and team leads to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency throughout the tax preparation process.

About the Role:

· Prepare accurate and timely federal, state, and city tax returns in accordance with client-specific instructions and deadlines.

· Make corrections and adjustments to tax returns based on reviewer feedback.

· Assist in the development and preparation of in-house training materials.

· Support team members by resolving tax-related queries and providing guidance as needed.

· Participate in induction programs and attend tax update training sessions as required.

· Perform document verification in SPbinder, when applicable.

· Effectively communicate and present information and respond to queries from managers and clients in a clear and professional manner.

About You:

· Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in U.S. taxation.

· Familiarity with SPBinder is an added advantage.

· Strong understanding of key tax concepts, practices, and procedures.

· Knowledge of both U.S. and Indian taxation systems.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities.

· Practical exposure to various aspects of taxation.

· Good understanding of applicable tax rates and laws.

· Ability to interact effectively with clients and address their queries professionally.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor of Commerce (Master of Commerce Preferred)
