Process Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating tax software with in-house applications, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations, and providing technical support to both internal teams and end-users. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.About the Role:

• Integrate tax software solutions with in-house applications.
• Update applications in accordance with new and evolving tax laws.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and manage updates across various environments.
• Coordinate with internal staff and end-users to address concerns and requirements.
• Respond promptly to reported issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Achieve assigned targets and goals with accuracy and efficient planning.
• Prepare and execute test cases and test plans for software updates and integrations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and resolutions.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Commerce or a related field.
• Experience in tax software integration and application development is preferred.
• Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Moderate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with third-party applications is an added advantage.
• Experience or knowledge of decision tables is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to promote a positive work environment.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work extended hours and on holidays, as required.
