Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Home Loan and Insurance Agency Development Manager, located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves managing and developing relationships with home loan and insurance agencies. Daily tasks include overseeing loan applications, coordinating with financial institutions, developing business strategies, and managing a team. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Home Loan Sales or Insurance Agency Management via Agent Recruitment .
- Strong understanding of financial services and wealth management
- Skills in Business Development and Strategic Planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
