Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Bengaluru. The Agency Manager will oversee the performance and development of insurance agents, drive sales targets, and support agents in achieving their objectives. Responsibilities include recruiting and training new agents, conducting performance reviews, and implementing strategies to increase market penetration and sales. The role also involves liaising with the headquarters to align goals and ensure compliance with company policies.
