Role & responsibilities
Manage and grow agency sales through a strong distribution network.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to drive business growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Drive product awareness and ensure understanding of offerings within the partner network.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify business opportunities and develop strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting insurance products.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Strong skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements.

1.Agency channel(Life insurances, Health insurances, General insurances is Up to 6.5 LPA)
2.medical representative, FMCG Sales,B2B sales,B2C sales, Filed sales Only (4LPA)
