DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFormal mentorship concludedHigh complexity assignments - augmentation and/or independent segment ownerModerate complexity assignments - augmentation (1 or >) or ownerLow complexity assignments - owner (1 or >)May lead another individualAbility to see whole pictureResponsible for the remediation of server incidents including timely responses, thorough analysis, and all proper follow up actionsResponsible for responding to service restoration callsResponsible for the overseeing of incident queues to ensure service level service levels are metResponsible for reducing repeating incidents by performing deep analyses of tickets, adjusting thresholds, and/or performing root cause analysis to prevent future occurrencesDetermines need for and responsible for installing Operating Systems patches including pre and post level reportingMaintains accurate list of all server component code levels and alerts leadership when codes are approaching threatening levelsFollows documented procedures for installing, maintaining and administering server hardware and software environmentsPossess a general understanding of server hardware componentsPossess a general understanding of network design, components and computer systems interactionsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.RECRUITING INFORMATIONSpecific hiring needs may vary by location, industry, client, internal department and other business related factors.
