  • Manages user and computer accounts in Active Directory and LAN access.
  • Troubleshoots hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
  • Collects and reports LAN performance and capacity data to senior staff.
  • Updates documentation and supports compliance with IT security policies.
  • Responds to support tickets within defined service-level timelines.
  • Builds positive client relationships and communicates technical solutions clearly.
  • Works under supervision to apply standard IT practices and learn professional concepts.
