Qualifications: Graduation/ PG in Environmental science or forestry

Designation: Associate/ Analyst

Job Type: Permanent

CTC: Depends on experience

Location: Kharadi, Pune

ESG Purpose: Conduct sustainability research & analysis of companies across multiple sectors.

Job Description:

  • Conduct sustainability research & analysis of companies across multiple sectors
  • Analyse the Annual Reports, CSR Report, Proxy Statement and website of a company to fetch information related to ESG
  • Understand and analyse company Policies, Processes and Commitments towards the environment/ social and governance
  • Create ESG related SOPs, Operational frameworks and process guidelines
  • Work with multiple stake holders to create/ document process collaterals
  • Mentoring new joiners and assist in production and quality control of deliverables.
  • Identify process improvement and cost saving opportunities.

External skills and expertise

  • Create ESG related SOPs, Operational frameworks, and process guidelines.
  • Excellent knowledge of various international reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, BRSR, CDP, CDSB, UNPRI, SDG, SBTi, SFDR, etc.).
  • Understanding of WBCSD-WRI GHG protocol, carbon foot printing, Sustainability reporting, Integrated reporting, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Required Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of ESG rating methodologies and disclosure norms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill.
  • Client communications and management.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Self-motivated and goal driven.
