Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Overseeing the entire process of attracting, selecting, and integrating new employees into the factory.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and handling disciplinary issues to maintain a productive workplace.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensuring all factory HR practices adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Managing compensation structures, processing payroll, and administering employee benefits and wellness programs.
  • Performance Management: Conducting performance appraisals, managing the performance of factory employees, and implementing talent development programs.
  • Training & Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support business goals.
  • Workplace Safety: Implementing and promoting health, safety, and wellness programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • HR Strategy & Policy: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and advising management on HR-related matters and strategies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records, attendance records, and other essential HR documentation.
  • Management Support: Collaborating with plant management to support business objectives and promote a positive and inclusive work culture. Role & responsibilities
