Job Summary

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager – Business Development to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to our portfolio's strategic growth. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior management and gain industry exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist in managing real estate portfolios and track performance metrics.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Support the deal lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM/database systems.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
  • Prior internship or academic exposure to sales or real estate is an advantage.
